Municipal Inspector

Job description

The Municipal Inspector is based out of our Island Heights, NJ office working on assignments across multiple Counties. Responsibilities will include inspection of capital improvements, bonded improvements and developer escrow inspections. Additionally, the position will include construction administration and inspection for infrastructure projects, utility installations, concrete work, roadway reconstruction, site development, grading and drainage structures.

Job Duties:

• Progressive experience with construction projects.
• Experience with Public Works projects required.
• Knowledge of Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance Regulations a plus.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of two years related experience and/or training.

Proficient with MicroSoft Word and Excel. AutoCad experience a plus.
