Summary

Drafts detailed property boundary drawings, topographical surveys, and related maps and specifications used for real estate transactions as well as site development by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• Drafts detailed property boundary drawings including improvements, easements, and bearing information.
• Perform boundary calculations and draft surveys using field data, deeds, other information available.
• Understanding and commitment to CAD standards and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned as the business needs change.
