Morgan Municipal is a woman-owned firm that understands the balance that needs to be strived for when dealing with municipal projects. Budgetary constraints need to be considered against project goals, environmental constraints, etc. As a full service engineering firm, Morgan Municipal employs engineers, planners, landscape architects, and land surveyors that allow municipal projects to be carried from initial concept to completed construction.
