With over 30 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry, John Burgdofer, RA, NCARB, serves as one of the Principals and Lead Architect at Morgan Archtecture, bringing a wealth of expertise in both public and private sector projects. John holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has earned licensure in multiple states, including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

His broad professional background spans residential, commercial, and municipal work, with a specific focus on public work contracts for municipal government agencies, public schools, and higher education institutions. Over the past 20 years, John has held principle-level positions in various firms, driving successful projects from conception to completion. His experience includes designing and managing a range of building types, from multifamily and single-family residential to retail and educational facilities.

John’s commitment to excellence extends beyond his work at Morgan Architecture. He has held influential positions as the Board Architect for several prestigious organizations, including the Ocean County Library and Ocean County College in New Jersey. His leadership as Township Architect for the Township of Ocean and Howell Township BOE has helped shape the built Environment in the region.
